Peter Linting has built his place in the whisky world through years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for the craft, working closely with respected independent bottlers such as Claxton’s, Murray McDavid and Hart Brothers and organising his own whiskyfestival, where he developed a deep understanding of what makes a great cask and an even better bottle.
A member of Klubb23, he has already bottled whisky under his own name, but has since taken the next step by creating a brand centred on sharing, friendship, and memorable moments, reflecting his belief that whisky is best enjoyed together. Born in 1990 and living in Heemskerk with his wife and three sons, Peter spends his free time enjoying whisky and heading out on fishing trips whenever he can.

Martijn van Opstal has carved out his own space in the whisky world through Dram1, where he shares in-depth reviews, stories, and insights that reflect both passion and a keen eye for detail, while also leading the Dram1 Awards, a project dedicated to recognising quality and character across the industry. Alongside this, he contributes his voice and expertise to Whisky Passion, further cementing his role as a respected and thoughtful writer within the community.
Based in Zaltbommel, Martijn lives with his wife and son, balancing family life with his love for whisky, writing, and reading, while also spending time on the golf course whenever he can—always with an appreciation for a good dram never far behind.
